Check out Process: When customers arrive at the counter, they will be asked to present the same photo ID’s they provided at the check in booth (Real ID, DL, Passport, Medical Cannabis Card, etc.) they have the option to tell us they have an order, or the staff will usually ask right away. The budtender retrieves the order from our order cabinet OR they can just walk up to the counter and talk to a budtender about products before they make their selections and purchase. Acceptable forms of payment currently are Cash (We do have ATMS on site) and we also accept Aero Pay and Canpay as well.
Customer Order Pick Up: They will enter through our ID vestibule and proceed to a counter.

What do I do if I feel my product is defective?
If you feel your product is defective, DO NOT BRING THE PRODUCT BACK INSIDE THE STORE, as it is against state regulations. We process defective product through the cultivation centers themselves using the following procedure:

And if you are a medical patient, your qualifying patient number
The process relies on the cultivators so you may not hear back as quickly as you’d like. Turn around times can range from 3 days to a month so please be patient.
