Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients:

-2 lbs small red potatoes
-¼ cup IGF Rosemary Coconut Oil
-2 teaspoons kosher salt
-¾ teaspoon black pepper
-2 tablespoons minced garlic

Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F°. Cut the potatoes in quarters or halves if small , place in bowl with melted coconut oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
2. Spread potatoes out on a baking sheet in 1 layer. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are browned and crisp. Flip with spatula 2 times during cooking process to ensure they are golden and crisp on all sides.
3. Remove from oven, season to taste and serve.

Serves 6 at 8.3mg THC/CBD per serving.
